During the confinement days, like everyone else, my life was put on hold. With limited access to my studio space, I started making paper sculptures with the kids on our kitchen table. I also began experimenting with other mediums, such as paper pulp, plaster, and Lego bricks.

At first, it was mostly a personal challenge to see if I could translate what I was doing in concrete into completely different materials. But I got addicted to the exercise, which forced me to think in a totally different way and focus on the essentials.

Because I wanted to share the projects with others, I created detailed building instructions, offering a glimpse into my thought process.
