Interconnections explores the relationship between modular concrete structures and organic systems. Through the use of cement, the work balances between sculpture and architectural model, evoking both solidity and lightness. Drawing inspiration from natural processes—such as cellular replication, DNA chains, and plant growth—algorithmic patterns are introduced to suggest the complex networks found in living organisms. Rather than replicating these systems scientifically, the sculptures reinterpret them in volumetric form, blending digital modeling with manual casting techniques. Chance and imperfection are deliberately incorporated into the creative process, resulting in unique textures and disruptions within the pieces. The exhibition highlights the modular nature of the work, where individual structures connect and resonate within the gallery space, opening infinite possibilities for arrangement and transformation. The interplay of assembly and disassembly reflects on the fragile balance between architecture and human intervention, raising questions about permanence, decay, and the evolving life of built environments.
